We’re looking for a motivated SaaS Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for engaging with leads, conducting product demos, managing the new business pipeline, and driving revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:
Our SaaS Sales Executives work closely with our BDR team, who support lead generation, appointment setting, and demo booking. However, we’re looking for someone who takes initiative—proactively identifying new opportunities, cultivating additional leads, and closing new business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Own the sales cycle – from initial prospect engagement to close
- Engage proactively with leads provided by the BDR team
- Generate additional leads through networking, outbound prospecting, and industry engagement
- Qualify prospects by assessing their needs, challenges, and potential fit
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, aligning capabilities with customer pain points
- Manage a structured pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring all communications and activities are logged
- Develop deep product expertise to effectively position and sell our solution
- Consistently meet and exceed performance goals and sales metrics
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales meeting and exceeding quota, preferably in a high growth organization
- 2+ years of experience in Pharmacy, Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) or other Pharmacy related field
- Strong focus on learning and understanding the goals and strategies of our customers
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and presentations, manage questions and respond to feedback
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills – and a commitment to maintain good internal and external relationships
- Excellent multi-tasking – able to handle multiple leads simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Exceptional people skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Strong administrative skills required to capture all communications in our CRM (Hubspot)
- Professional and respectful attitude and demeanor

- Thorough with attention to detail

The estimated OTE for this role is $130k/year ($65k base salary + $65k commission target). The estimated salary reflects an anticipated salary for this position. The actual salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all of these factors. The actual salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
