Revenue Operations Manager
Summary
The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for owning and optimizing revenue operations across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, ensuring alignment, consistency and visibility across the full revenue lifecycle. This role manages the systems, processes and data that support go-to-market execution, with primary ownership of HubSpot and related tools. The Revenue Operations Manager partners closely with go-to-market leaders to improve funnel performance, enable accurate forecasting and reporting and drive scalable, efficient revenue operations.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Under minimal supervision, the Revenue Operations Manager manages and enhances HubSpot and related revenue systems to support go-to-market operations and organizational growth.
● Owns revenue operations processes across the full customer lifecycle, ensuring clear handoffs and operational consistency between teams
● Administers and optimizes HubSpot CRM across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
● Builds, refines and maintains workflows, automations, sequences and lead nurturing processes to support revenue operations
● Ensures data integrity through regular audits, data hygiene practices and enforcement of CRM standards
● Creates and maintains dashboards, reports and performance insights to support forecasting and decision-making
● Manages lead, account and opportunity lifecycle processes including routing, segmentation, attribution and pipeline tracking
● Oversees integrations between HubSpot and other SaaS tools such as Slack, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and additional go-to-market platforms
● Partners with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success leaders to translate business needs into scalable systems and processes
● Provides reliable funnel, pipeline and performance insights to support revenue forecasting and operational planning
● Troubleshoots system issues, resolves errors and coordinates with HubSpot support and external vendors as needed
● Trains and supports end users on CRM and revenue operations processes, documenting standards and reinforcing best practices
● Maintains data governance standards and supports compliance with applicable security and privacy requirements
● Monitors system performance and identifies opportunities to improve workflows, reporting and user experience
● Stays informed on HubSpot product updates and revenue operations best practices to continuously enhance effectiveness
● Contributes to special projects and operational initiatives related to revenue growth and efficiency
● Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
● High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred ● 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, CRM administration or go-to-market operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment
● Strong hands-on experience administering and optimizing HubSpot CRM ● Solid understanding of sales processes, marketing automation, customer lifecycle management and revenue reporting
● Experience managing CRM integrations, third-party GTM tools and data flows ● Analytical mindset with experience building dashboards, reports and operational insights
● Strong communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally and support end users
● HubSpot certifications preferred but not required
● Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
